Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Caitlyn Minimalist packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
